At Power Tree Pte Ltd, we ensure that distributors keep sufficient parts both on batteries and motherboards to support all dealers and end users alike with a 24-hr service lead time. Should it happen that the UPS is not serviced within the 24-hr, Power Tree and her distributors are committed to loan or replace a new unit to the customers.

However, based on our past records, failure rate is less than 0.1 percent which makes Power Tree one of the most reliable brand in the region.
